The Cloquet Player Development (CPD) Committee is dedicated to supporting the growth and success of all players—from 6U/Mites through 15U/Bantams. Our mission is to ensure every athlete receives age-appropriate instruction focused on developing strong fundamentals, building hockey IQ, and fostering a lifelong love of the game.

By working closely with coaches and teams at every level, the CPD Committee helps guide consistent skill development, practice planning, and on-ice progress across the entire association. Whether a player is just stepping onto the ice for the first time or preparing for high-level competition, we’re committed to creating a positive, structured environment where all kids can thrive.
