Welcome to the 2025 Fall Flow Camp!
- Flow Camp is for CEC players only, you must be a Cloquet, Esko, or Carlton player in the upcoming '25/'26 season.
- CEC goalies can register for $50 due to Flow Camp not having goalie-specific instruction. Select "Goalie" as your son or daughter's position and the registration fee will reflect this price.

- Skating – Balance, Edge Work, Stops & Starts
- Stick Handling
- Shooting – Technique & Mechanic
- Passing & Receiving

***registrants must know how to skate and have played last season-this is not a learn to skate camp***

When
What time of the year does this program run?
Fall Flow Camp will begin in early September and run through October.

What rink is Flow Camp at?
Northwoods Arena
What is the structure of FLOW camp?
Flow Camp typically features one night of skills and one night of small area games. Registered campers are encouraged to attend both of these sessions, as the skills are applied in the games.

Jerseys are provided at the start of camp.
